Sunday Night Chit-Chat

Time once again for Sunday Night Chit-Chat...hosted by our friend Carla!

Baby Benjamin got his first real bath this past week! He didn't even cry! :)
What are you.....
Reading?

Right now I am reading Momumental: Adventures in the Messy Art of Raising a Family by Jennifer Grant. (Be on the the lookout for my review and a giveaway of the book hopefully late this week or early next week!)

Watching?

Not watching anything right now. Jacob is watching "Go Diego Go." I have been watching LOTS of reruns of "Everybody Loves Raymond" recently! There are so many similarities between his life and mine.

Listening to?

"Go Diego Go" on the TV. Rebecca playing in the dining room. Benjamin snoring in his sleep in his seat next to me.
Cooking/Baking?

Honestly I haven't been much of a cook this week. I NEED to change that this coming week.

Happy you accomplished this week?

Finally got the crib up in the boys' room.  It hasn't been needed because Benjamin is in the bassinet in our bedroom, but I needed to get it out of the storage closet so that I get to the boxes of clothes in there to sort.

Looking forward to next week?
Warmer weather. Hopefully getting some things done around here before I go back to work.

Thankful for today?

That my hubby let me sleep in this morning and that he took care of all three kiddos. That we had nice visits today with my parents and with Bill's parents. That we had a nice dinner out at a Mexican restaurant with my in-laws tonight. That my mom is done with her chemotherapy treatments! That my kids have been good for the most part today. That the sun was out today!

    1. I have a 4 month old and we haven't set up the crib yet, she's still in a bassinet in our room too

    2. It will be a few months before we move Benjamin into the crib. I just needed to get it out of the storage room we had it in. And this way Jacob can get used to it being in his room before we have to put Ben in it. Believe me I will keep Benjamin in with us as long as we can (or until he outgrows the bassinet!). :)
