Yeah that is me! LOL I just have been feeling off all week and just kind of meh. Not really sure what is going on. I'm not really depressed. I'm not really consciously anxious about anything. Just feeling meh! There are a lot of things that I need to be doing...laundry, organizing, working on my part-time job, etc. But I just ain't feeling it. I know, I know. I just need to get off my butt and do something but I don't have the motivation. It is cold (thankfully no snow here) and I just don't want to do anything.
Do you ever those kinds of week?
What do you do to get out of the meh mood?
I feel that way sometimes and I usually veg out in front of the tv and snack too much. The feeling passes eventually. Taking a walk in a natural area usually helps me feel better.
ReplyDeleteThis weekend I've been feeling "meh"! Just haven't felt like doing much after a very busy week so I've indulged myself spending a lot of time reading and browsing. I think we all need a "reboot" once in a while!
