Yesterday, I took advantage of the nice day (temps in the low 70s, no humidity) and took the kids and their cousins to Wolf Run Park to run around and walk the trails. Lacie and Ethan had never been there so it was a good opportunity to get out of the house and get some fresh air.
We ended up walking 1.5 miles. The kids loved it. Lacie and Ethan loved the pond. I told them next time we will take some of the other trails. I am really trying to get them out in nature more for 2 reasons--- one so that they can get some fresh air and exercise and 2 so that it forces me to get some exercise! LOL
