Ohio Bird Sanctuary

On Friday, after we left the Kingwood Center Gardens, we headed to the Ohio Bird Sanctuary. We have been there before, but it is always a nice place to visit. Rebecca has been dealing with the hormonal changes of a pre-teen girl, so I wanted to do something special for her, even though it was supposed to be my day. She LOVES birds and so I thought this would be a treat.

We saw the birds. We even got to see them feeding some of the birds. We walked on some of the trails. Bill got attacked by bees on our walk. The kids got to play on the sanctuary's new playground area that they just opened two weeks before. 

Overall, it was another nice visit. I would highly recommend if you are ever in the area to check this place out.
