First let's recap:
My official starting weight (on July 30) was::: 235.6 lbs.

My weight last week was::: 226.6 lbs
My weight this week is::: 226.2 lbs. I am down 0.4 lbs!!!! ***DOING A HAPPY DANCE*** :)
I wasn't sure what my weight was going to be this week. First of all, we did end up eating out twice--once we took Jacob to McDonald's for his choice of birthday dinner and then Sunday night we got pizza as my dad bought it after Jacob's birthday party. And I had cake at Jacob's birthday party, and a piece the next day...Eating wise it hasn't been the greatest. AND since I had such a huge loss last week I wasn't sure if I would lose anything this week. BUT I did end up being down 0.4 lbs! So I am happy with that. It is still going in the right direction and that is a good thing!

DeleteRealize that de-cluttering and cleaning burns calories. First of all it keeps you busy and away from food and second it makes you move large muscles, bend and twist. So tell yourself you are going to tackle a project and then let yourself have a candy bar after it is done. You will still lose weight. i am proud of you!
ReplyDeleteThanks! And believe me, chocolate has not been deleted from my diet. Tried that once before and Hubby told me that I was never to do that again...LOL
