Dear Jillian Michaels,
I know you are a tough trainer. I watch you on TV on "The Biggest Loser." I needed something to make me feel like I am working out. I am putting my trust in your "30 Day Shred" DVD and so far you have made me sore and VERY SORE!!! I hope it all pays off in the end.

It's great that you an do the 30 day shred! At this point I am nowhere near up to it. I bet once you are further into it you will feel better.

I was thinking of doing the Jillian shred. Maybe I should change my mind? Is it all squats? My knees don't allow that.
